Novus Site QA & ITP
First-time Director setup — create the first Director account. No default password is built into the app.
Accounts are authenticated centrally through the Novus Cloud Gateway. The same authorised user account can be used across Novus phones, tablets and PCs.

Cross-device project storage
Central project sync: project forms, ITPs, diaries, warnings and operative records are synchronised through the Novus Cloud Gateway and D1, while this device keeps an offline cache.
Photos and large uploaded documents are still being moved to central R2 storage in the next phase. Avoid relying on cross-device photo/document access until that upgrade is complete.
